The shuttle service is a courtesy; in the event you opt for other means of transportation it will be solely at your own expense.
Lost Ticket Fee: A $50.00 fee will apply for all lost tickets.
We do not park oversize vehicles such as RVs or trucks. No oversized vehicles with height dimension over 6'0".
We do not provide service to Bimini Fast Cruise.
Arrival Procedures:
• Check-in time begins at 10:30 AM for departing cruisers
• Please proceed directly to the 8th floor of the parking garage
Shuttle Service Information
• First shuttle departs at 11:00 AM
• Last shuttle departs at 2:30 PM
• Complimentary shuttle service limited to 4 passengers per reservation
You may park here after shuttle hours but must arrange for your own transportation to/from the cruise terminal
Return Procedures
• Shuttle pickup from Port begins at 7:30 AM
• Standard waiting period: 30 minutes
• Report to designated pickup area. Contact facility only if wait exceeds 30 minutes
Important Notices
• All vehicles must park on 8th floor only
• Vehicles parked on other levels risk fines or towing
• No re-entry permitted - violations subject to fines, booting, or towing
• Plan to arrive at parking facility with sufficient time before your cruise
